*EDDY HEAT GUN : This versatile tool can form and bend acrylic or other types of thermoplastics, remove wrinkles in leather, fast cure thermoset plastics and many other applications. The Eddy Heat Gun comes with an adjustable air intake regulator for heat control and is available in heat ranges from 300°F to 1100°F.

 The overall height is 10" and the length is 11.13" with a nozzle length of 6" and an air opening of 1 3/16" diameter. The weight is only 2 3/4 pounds, including the stand. It has a Neoprene-jacketed, 6 foot-wire grounding type cord, 50-60 cycle-AC and delivers 27 CFM air volume at 3300 FPM velocity. The VT-1100 is an economy heat gun with variable heat setting, superior air flow, light weight and compact.

STRIP HEATER ELEMENT: Ready to use for forming acrylic sheets up

to 1/4" thickness. Runs on household current - 120 volts and is designed to heat to a

maximum of 280°F.

 

*INDUSTRIAL STRIP HEATER ELEMENT : The tape consists of a flexible heating

strip 1 1/4" wide and 48" in length with a permanently incorporated temperature controller.

*T-BAR PLASTIC BAG SEALER : Seals all heat-sealable plastics up to 13 inches

wide and 10 mils thick. Just pick it up and press it down like a rubber stamp. It straightens,

holds and seals in one step. It has no temperature control and will reach up to 400∘ F. This

*JIFFY MIXERS : Made of stainless steel 304, the JIFFY MIXER is a true mixer not a stirrer. They are especially designed with horizontally opposing blades for all liquids including high viscosity tough to mix materials. Jiffy mixers offer fast and thorough mixing; are non-splashing and Do Not Suck Air In. Jiffy mixers clean easily and quickly, and fit all 1/4" to 3/4" power tools. Tools with 450-700 RPMs give the best rate of thorough mixing.

RESIN PUMPS :

Lever Action Model P-300. Usable on 15, 30 and 55 gallon drums. This handy, quick, no waste pump will remove all contents from container. The spout is durable ¾" steel tubing with hose coupling and the bung nut fits 1½" and 2" openings. NOT FOR USE WITH FLAMMABLE SOLVENTS.

Fast Action Rotary Pump Model HR 10-01. A precision built utility hand pump to transfer liquids at a rate of up to 15 gallons per minute, with a smooth, efficient flow that eliminates pulsation. The bung nut fits 1½" and 2" openings. NOT FOR USE WITH FLAMMABLE SOLVENTS.

DRUM WRENCH :This tool is the most universal drum wrench available. It has a socket which fits over the 3/4" plug and prongs that fit the crossbar of the 2" plug. In addition, this wrench fits other types of closures. 

 GATE VALVE AND DRUM FAUCET : A resin and solvent 2" gate valve used for drawing viscous resins from drums. Its long handle provides greater leverage to overcome sticky resins and a large opening to assure maximum flow.

3/4" DRUM FAUCET is made of close grained grey iron with a brass sliding plate and a metal to metal seal. There are no washers to wear out, the lever handle is very strong, and is excellent for low viscosity resins.

*PREVAL SPRAYMAKER :
Completely assembled, ready to use. Just fill and spray any liquid, anywhere at the touch of a button.  The Preval Spraymaker consists of a power unit assembled to a product container. The power unit sprays up to 16 ounces of liquid (depending upon viscosity) before exhausting its gas. Extra power units are available, complete with spray button, dip tube and strainer.  Extra product containers are also available with screw-on caps for storage of liquids.
